| You don’t have to have any in depth knowledge of the chakras to come along to these evening workshops, as it has been designed to fully explore all aspects of the chakras and their importance to both our physical and spiritual well-being.
During the evenings, we will be exploring the human energy field and the body’s relationship to universal and cosmic energies. We will then move on to look in detail at the role and function of the chakras.
The workshops will cover:
- Interplay between the chakras and our energetic bodies
- Historical significance of the chakras
- Location and function of each chakra
- Methods to clear and balance the chakras including meditation; visualisation and crystals.
- Chakra connections with colour
- Chakra connections with fragrance
- Chakra connections with the glandular system
- Chakra connections with elements
- Chakra connection with Angels
The workshops will take you on a journey through these archetypal energy centres which will allow us to explore and chart the stages of maturity reflected within each of them.
By the end of the workshops you will have a comprehensive knowledge and framework for your own development. This will enable you to recognise where and why dis-ease manifests in the physical; emotional and spiritual bodies, and the means by which balance and harmony can be restored.
