Learn how to joyfully explore your voice and discover that everyone can naturally express themselves with a voice that is beautiful, unique and a true expression of themselves.
This practical day will focus on finding confidence in using you're voice, including you're inner voice, that will encourage self healing.
The day will include the following
- Using simple voice exercises
- Learning chants
- Breath work
- Listening skills
- Group toning and healing
Day 2 - Healing with the voice
On this day, we will explore how your voice can help heal the body, mind and soul.
The day will include:
- The principles of sound healing
- Energy awareness
- How to give a basic sound healing treatment
- Releasing pain through sound
- Understanding the value of silence in sound healin
