On this 1-day introduction to healing we will be looking at the various approaches to bringing back balance into our body systems and a sense of well-being into our lives.
We will be considering what happens when the balance and harmony in life is disturbed resulting in dis-eased states which are experienced in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
We will explore some of the many healing approaches which can be used to remedy this dis-eased state. These will include;
- The power of the breath
- Working with the Chakras
- Connecting with Higher healing energy
- Self-healing strategies
- Techniques for grounding and protecting our boundaries
- A simple 'toolbox' of remedy aids including flower essences, homeopathic remedies, and crystals.
