Why Train as a Professional Crystal Therapist?
- Are you searching for a new and rewarding career which offers a flexible lifestyle which will fit in with other family and career responsibilities and also allow you to make full use of your caring and intuitive side?
- Are you already working as a complementary therapist and looking for another set of skills to add to your existing services?
- Do you have a love of crystals, perhaps involving amassing collections of them at home and so would like to develop a knowledge of how to use them?
If so, then training to be a Certified Crystal Therapist is the correct next step for you...
Crystal therapy is an extremely versatile and flexible therapy which can easily be combined with all complementary therapies or, indeed, as a separate therapy in its own right. From that point of view, it is ideal for both “absolute beginners” and those who already hold qualifications in other complementary therapies.
What is Crystal Therapy and how does it “work”?
Crystal therapy is a form of vibrational medicine and involves applying crystals or gemstones to facilitate healing.
Rocks and gemstones have spiritual and healing properties which we can access in a variety of ways. Crystals can be carried or worn on the person, or they can be placed in a location where their healing vibrations can be felt by anyone nearby. This can be either conscious or subconscious. Healers also place stones on or around their clients' bodies to balance the chakras and aura.
Each type of stone has its own unique “talents” or energy patterns which can be of particular value in certain situations or to particular part sof the body and energy field. Crystal and gemstone colours, shapes, and textures all have special meanings too. Crystals are also used for divination and meditation purposes.
One really simply but highly effective way to work is by intuitively choosing which crystals to use by noticing which stones you are attracted to. Keep your heart and hands open and allow the appropriate crystals to find their way into your life. It couldn’t be easier!

Clear Intentions offer professional training to Practitioner Certificate and Diploma levels which means that you will be able to practise Crystal Therapy safely and confidently on the general public once you qualify.
Course structure
Students will be taught a comprehensive range of crystal therapy disciplines and will be encouraged to find their own areas of special interest during this flexible and fluid course. Crystal Therapy Training with Clear Intentions is not dependant upon the purchase of vast quantities of expensive crystals and there’s certainly no expensive “kit” of healing stones required. On the contrary, our approach is simple and inclusive and we encourage students to find therapy in the simplest of ways and with the least expensive stones as much as with the rarer crystals.
Pre –requisites
Those students who wish to qualify as practitioners* will be required to study for a Level 3 qualification in Anatomy & Physiology. Full details of our ITEC Level Diploma are available by clicking here (you will be re-directed to our sister site Athena School of Natural Therapies). Alternatively, we welcome students who hold a separate but equivalent A&P qualification who may apply for Accreditation of Prior Learning. Full details are available on request. Study can be prior to, simultaneous with or following on from the Crystal Therapy course modules, to suit each students’ needs.
* We respect the fact that many students have no desire to become practitioners but simply do the course for personal development reasons. There is no requirement for these students to undertake study in A&P unless they wish to do so.
Question: Not all crystal therapy courses require an Anatomy and Physiology qualification (either at all or at Level 3) so why do Clear Intentions ask for this?
We believe that Crystal Therapy is one of the most profoundly effective healing mediums available. That being the case, we are of the opinion that practitioners should hold qualifications which are every bit as robust as those held by massage therapists, reflexologists etc. We also want our qualification to stand up to any degree of external scrutiny and therefore we demand high levels of skill and knowledge from our graduates.

Professional Practitioner Diploma (Year Two)
For those students who wish to reach the highest level of skill and qualification in this fascinating field, we offer further study to Diploma level. Please note that you may find other, less comprehensive “Diplomas” available elsewhere and we strongly recommend that you compare the hours of face to face delivery where deciding which offers the appropriate level of skill and knowledge rather than focusing on what they choose to call their particular qualification. For example, there are 2-day “Diplomas” available elsewhere but no one would ever expect them to provide the level of knowledge and expertise which a Practitioner Certification Programme such as our own imparts.
Year Two Modules are also available as Master classes for those with existing crystal qualifications and experience who wish to attend on a “stand alone” basis.
Year Two comprises a series of a further 10 days of face to face tuition, with further Workbooks to complete on a Home Study basis.
