We're very excited about the first of our Colour Breathing for Stress Management and Well Being evenings!
Stress is the biggest cause of sickness absence in the working population today - a modern day epidemic. We all have stressful times of our lives; maybe you are overwhelmed with work, going through a relationship issue or breakdown, struggling to juggle all of life's demands, or coping with redundancy or financial pressures, major illness (either personally or as a carer) or maybe even retirement!
Typical signs of stress include lack of communication/ withdrawal, missed deadlines and numerous messages from our bodies including: difficulties sleeping; loss of appetite; poor concentration; anger/tantrums; emotional outbursts; alcohol, drug or food abuse; nervouse habits and anti-social behaviour. Try 'tuning' in to your body - where feels tense? What is that telling you?
Colour Breathing is a simple, non-invasive and effective way to relax. It brings together proven relaxation and stress management techniques in an easy to use tool kit which men, women and children of all ages find accessible and really enjoy using. Colour Breathing enables you to relax different areas of your body whilst focusing on the vibrant colours of the related Colour Breathing Disks and listening to soothing music and positive affirmations. It is a particularly useful tool for those who have difficulty with visualisation and other relaxation techniques.
We are offering this one-off opportunity to attend day one for only £5.00. That's right! Nothing further to pay to attend day one and you can either walk away or pay the additional £25.00 to complete the Colour Breathing for Stress Management and Well Being course.
