Debra Goldston is founder of Clear Intentions and Ascended World and also Principal of both Midlands College of Natural Health and Athena School of Natural Therapies. She is an international speaker, author and trance voice channel who specializes in initiations, Ascended Master teachings and tours to old and new sacred sites both locally within the UK & internationally. She lives in the UK but travels frequently and is available for work internationally, upon request.

Born in February 1964 (on the first day of the Chinese Dragon) in Shropshire, England, Debra enjoyed a conventional British upbringing as the eldest of three children.  Unable to read until the age of 11 however, she managed to avoid the usual shift into logic which accompanies the Western education process.  Instead, Debra maintained contact with her guides and so called "imaginary friends" and indeed continued to develop these skills, only many years later studying and qualifying both as a UK commercial lawyer and clinical hypnotherapist - in so doing bringing together a desire for structure and form within an otherwise seemingly formless world.

Spending her childhood and young adult life being guided to many sacred sites across the world, she was often spontaneously attuned to the magical energies which she found there.  In particular, she found every excuse to repeatedly visit Egypt during the 70s and 80s, at the time often blissfully unaware of her life's Service work already unfolding.  Since those early years, Debra has returned to this magical land of Khem time after time, on each occasion retrieving a little more of her memory related to the ancient mystery schools and their powerful teachings.  A significant part of her soul purpose for this lifetime is to participate in the activations which she facilitates at many sites each year.

Andrea Bradley-Davies

Andrea began her career working with children and young people, supporting families and promoting the care and education of youngsters. For some years Andrea specialised in working with children’s whose developmental progress, social skills or behaviour presented particular challenges. She enjoyed particular success in working with children whose developmental delay lead to problem behaviour in the classroom.

Young people often require support and assistance to fully achieve their potential and respond to the challenges of growing up. Andrea has worked extensively with young people individually and in groups and was particularly successful in assisting them to feel more confident and achieve improved academic results.

Andrea trained as a Counsellor and used those skills in a range of settings, eventually teaching counselling skills to others during her time as a College Lecturer. During the early years of work in Counselling Andrea worked with women experiencing domestic violence and those particularly young women affected by substance abuse.

The work Andrea has been involved in eventually led to her establishing a small consultancy in childcare and development and for many years this ran alongside Andrea’s fulltime work in management, training and education. Her work as a counsellor took a back seat while she expanded her skills and concentrated on a full time career.

As well as her therapy qualifications Andrea holds an honours Degree in Sociology, Social policy and Women’s Studies and JNC registered diploma qualification in Youth work (Post grad).

Andrea’s full time work over the last 15 years included a lecturing post At Dudley College where for a number of years Andrea headed up the Health and Social Care team, teaching Childcare and Education, Sociology, Anatomy and Physiology, Communication skills. Counselling, Social policy and a range of other subjects. In particular Andrea specialised in working with young people who had learning disabilities or challenging behaviour.

Her most recent full time post was as the Chief executive of Walsall Council for Voluntary Service’s; which she completely transformed into a forward thinking and successful charity with the new name of Walsall Voluntary Action. After 6 years at WVA and following considerable personal and organisational success Andrea gave up this role and now focuses her time on her Clinical Hypnotherapy and Coaching practice based in Darlaston in the Black Country.

Andrea began studying hypnosis and NLP in 2002, while still in full time employment and first qualified in 2005. She continues to engage in professional development activities and has studied a number of other subjects directly relevant to her work as a clinical hypnotherapist. These other subjects include; Coaching with NLP, Transactional Analysis, Emotional Freedom Technique and Bilateral Stimulation Therapy and Aromatherapy.

Vaishali Patel
I started my spiritual awakening in 1999 after receiving three Usui Reiki healing treatments. I was so amazed by Reiki, I started Usui Reiki 1 and 2 attunement’s straight away. Within months I began to clear my life of old habits and patterns and brought new changes to all areas of my life. All for the better of course!

However, I somehow strayed off my spiritual path, and set out on a quest to find happiness and peace. Little did I know it was already within me. It wasn't until 2007 when my soul cried out for me to get back on the spiritual path. I then found myself absorbed in spiritual development books learning about spiritualism, metaphysics and mind body soul interaction.

I then started training in Angelic Ascension Reiki and Ascended Masters, this placed me firmly back on my spiritual path. Nowadays it is more like an Ascension path, currently training in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Advanced Ascended Masters and Ascension Sekhem Reiki.

I can firmly say I have found happiness and peace. My intention is to run spiritual development workshops to help people find their potential, purpose, happiness, and peace.

Nesta Bates
Some years ago, although I was quite happy in my role as a management accountant, I felt the need to broaden my horizons and having always had an interest in aromatherapy oils, signed up for a series of evening courses at Telford College of Arts & Technology. Over the following two years I qualified in Swedish body massage, Indian head massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology and began to use my skills on family and friends working from my home in Telford.

Quite by chance, I stumbled across Clear Intentions when looking to advance my reflexology skills, having been told that they offered a course in vertical reflexology. While there – I was attracted to the crystal therapy course and this was the beginning of a truly fascinating journey. Crystal therapy was swiftly followed by Aura Balance (energyfield therapy), Healing with Angels Practitioner diploma, Kahuna Reiki and Alchemy of the Heart Ascension programme. And continuing into the future - Ascended Master and Ascension Sekhem Reiki programmes.

The training I have undertaken has enhanced my life in ways that I cannot even begin to describe. It is therefore my wish to pass this knowledge on to other people, helping them attain their true potential by running workshops and continuing with my holistic therapy healing.

Liz Manison
Liz is based in Bristol, Gloucester and Birmingham, with a thriving holistic therapy practice. She teaches Crystal Therapy at a variety of locations including Gloucester College of Arts and Technology, and Hawkwood College, and has a Postgraduate Certificate of Education.

Her main interests are Crystal Therapy, Energy Healing and Release, Tarot and Spiritual Development, and she works with the 3 fundamental healing principles of Intention, Permission and Intuition.

Liz takes a common sense approach to healing and holistic therapies, and, having learnt through experience that appropriate boundaries and grounding are essential, these form an important part of her practice.

Elizabeth Pearson

Elizabeth began her working life as a Civil Servant, assessing and paying benefits to people who were sick or having babies.  This experience fuelled a desire to help people in a more fulfilling way.  She therefore trained as a social worker and for many years specialised in the field of adoption where she worked therapeutically with children, and their adopters, to overcome the damage of neglect and abuse which made the new family situations difficult.  Helping the children together with supporting the parents to develop understanding of the neurological and physical impact of abuse and neglect was very rewarding.

During this time Elizabeth pursued her interest in healing. She trained as a holistic counsellor and then in various forms of hands-on healing.  She has been attuned to the Reiki systems of Seichim, Sekhem and Angelic Ascension Reiki and she also holds Diplomas in Aura ( Energy Field ) Clearing and Past Life Regression Therapy.

Increasing interest in and passion for healing in its many forms became the focus of her work and therefore she chose to leave the adoption team to concentrate on developing her healing skills as a practitioner and to pass on these skills to others through her teaching.

Her long experience of counselling and the specialist training in neurological development, attachment disorders and behavioural difficulties in children have enhanced her understanding of the healing process, all of which she now uses in her unique approach as a therapist.

Elizabeth has a practice in Shrewsbury, is a therapist at The Natural Health Centre in Shrewsbury and runs workshops on a variety of healing-related topics both in Shrewsbury and at the Athena School of Natural Therapies with 'Clear Intentions.'

Gail Millington

Gail’s career background lies in Financial Services. She ran her own Estate Agency, and subsequently worked for a number of financial institutions, including Britannia Building Society; Bristol and West and General Accident. More recently, she ran her own Mortgage Packaging Business.

Having always been interested in holistic therapies, spirituality and divination, she has had a long-term fascination with Tarot, which began in her late teens. When she was still working within the Financial Services industry, she decided to train in a range of therapies in order to change not only her career, but her life.

She became a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher in 2005, and trained as a Past Life Regression Therapist; Clinical Hypnotherapist; E.F. T. Practitioner and Emotrance Practitioner.

She loves to teach Tarot workshops as she is keen to ensure that those who give tarot readings do so truthfully and responsibly, from a sound base of knowledge, so they help and heal. She believes that any teaching or treatment given to another should be carried out holistically, with honesty, honour and humility.

Dawn Petherick

I've been following my spiritual path consciously now for over 5 years, and unconsciously most of my life! - as a child I was introduced to the idea of 'the ether' by my godparents (who are both mediums, running a rescue circle in Cornwall) and always believed in 'there being something up there' - I don't think my parents were too impressed when I asked to stop going to Sunday School though!
 
My seeking became more conscious following divorce, then separation again a few years later alongside changing my career twice and moving house 5 times all in the space of 4 years.  By accident (although we all know there are no accidents) I ended up in Greece on a Wellbeing holiday which included Reiki 1 training - and my life has never been the same since :)  That was my 'epiphany' week...I became fascinated with all things spiritual, particularly energy therapies and angels and was also introduced to the work of Louise Hay.  At the same time I was feeling very unfulfilled in my career and after reflecting on what I really wanted to be doing realised that I had been happiest in the past when I was teaching/helping people.  Shortly afterwards I discovered life coaching and the rest, as they say, is history.
 
I am now qualified in Reiki (to Master/Teacher level), Crystal Healing, EFT, Colour Breathing, NLP, Life Coaching (including a specialist Confidence Coaching qualification) and am a licensed Heal Your Life Coach and Trainer running workshops based on the philosophies of Louise Hay.  I specialise in Stress Management, Confidence/Self Esteem issues and Work/Life Balance. Based in Lichfield I run a variety of workshops based on Louise Hay's work and incorporating other modalities, through my company Appearing Day.  I am also a budding author with a regular e-newsletter and half written book which I aim to publish in 2011. 
 
I am looking forward to working with the team at Clear Intentions to deliver the workshops and helping people to clear their blocks to achieving their dreams.

Alison Burgess

Alison began her career in the world of Finance but moved into training and developing others when she realised her life purpose was to help bring out the best in others . Her first experience of holistic therapies began when she gained her massage therapies qualification in 2004. She decided to use her skills as a volunteer in her local hospice and it was there that she was introduced to Reiki, becoming a Reiki master over a period of 3 years. She also qualified in Aromatherapy after seeing the benefits the different oils made to patients physically and mentally.

At the same time as volunteering at the hospice Alison was also setting up her own training business, Limitless Consulting, and as part of her ongoing commitment to her own personal development began studying NLP and Hypnotherapy, qualifying as a clinical hypnotherapist and an NLP Master Practitioner. These skills have been invaluable both in the training Alison designs and delivers and more recently as part of the Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy she offers private clients through her business Limitless for Life.

Alison is very grateful that she has the chance to follow her passions and make a difference in this world. She remains committed to working with her local cancer support centre and to helping others see just how amazing they can be.

Mary G. Gylman

Mary’s career has included over 20 years of working in information, advice and guidance services for young people and adults. During this time she progressed from providing careers advice in schools, to becoming a network co-ordinator and contract manager of career advice contracts for almost 18 years.

Throughout her career, Mary has pursued her interest in personal development and further career related study. More recently, on leaving the Civil Service, she has become increasingly interested in healing and life coaching. Mary has trained as a Spiritual and Transpersonal Life Coach with Jayne Morris in London and has achieved the Healing with Angels Practitioner Diploma through Clear Intentions. She has also been attuned to the Reiki systems of Usui and Angelic Ascension Reiki.

Mary now offers angel card readings, spiritual coaching and sales of Charmology jewellery through her business - The Angel Coach. Mary believes that angel card readings can be a powerful way for people to gain encouragement or reassurance about their current situation; a reading can also help people to take action on an activity or plan they have been putting off for a while.

Mary is looking forward to delivering Vision Board Workshops for Clear Intentions in 2012, and also working with Debra Goldston to further develop the college’s business related services for therapists.

Andrea Lynam

Andrea has had a varied career and has regularly moved from one industry to another trying to satisfy her deeply held desire to be a catalyst for change; working with and helping both organisations and its people to bring about positive transformational changes. Very quickly Andrea learnt that successful organisational change was dependent on employee’s ability to accept the need for change and helping them through the change curve. For the past 13 years Andrea has worked as a Project Manager in the Financial Service Industry with the later few years being focused on the people side of change.

Andrea has always had a high degree of sensitivity; having the ability to know emotionally what another person is experiencing, and having powerful intuition and awareness of the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual realms, which she has used successfully throughout her commercial career.  It wasn’t until 1999 when she started to study Aromatherapy at Athena School of Natural Therapies that Andrea was drawn to explore and deepen her connection to her own spiritual path and destiny. Since then Andrea has qualified in a number of different healing modalities including;

Jennifer Carmen

Jennifer Carmen has had an intense and varied career in education, healing and the arts. An honours graduate of the South Australian School of Art and Western Teachers College, she worked in various schools as an Art Teacher, during which she was also involved in student musical theatre and magazine production. Several years of costume, set and props work in theatre, documentary and feature films followed, then a period as Wardrobe Mistress for a television series.

In the early 80’s, having discovered Egyptian music and the dance which expressed it, she travelled to Egypt, eventually settling in London. She danced professionally for four years in Arabic nightclubs in London, Europe and the Middle East, in the process selecting musicians to form a company with the innovative Raqs Sharqi dancer Suraya Hilal to realize their shared vision of the dance as an expression of feminine power and beauty. This partnership, in which Jennifer took on the roles of producer, costumier, designer, tour manager, administrator and publicist, helped revolutionise the public perception of Middle Eastern dance and introduced the music of The Layali El Sharq Ensemble to a worldwide audience .

A lifelong student of psychology, metaphysics, sociology and anthropology, at the same time as running the Egyptian dance company, Jennifer was called to self exploration with meditation, Kabbalistic pathwork, chakra and yoga therapy, and many psycho-somatic  and vision-based healing modalities and processes. With teacher and colleague Paul Taylor she co-founded the Tree of Life School in London, worked as a psycho-spiritual counsellor and therapist and trained teachers to lead Tree of Life groups. After seven intense years the dance company, the Tree of Life school and many significant relationships came to an end. The accumulated effects of burn-out instigated a dark night of the soul, an initiatory shamanistic descent.

After four years of debilitation with an ME type illness, all this changed after Jennifer’s experience of the first Template ceremony, Original Innocence, which was the only offering to elicit a heartfelt response after a long period of disillusion. The effects were subtle, but utterly profound. Within six months of the first ceremony she was able to resume a full practice and start teaching again, but with a re-calibrated orientation and understanding. Jennifer became an Ambassador of the Template, training to facilitate each ceremony as they came through. As well as giving talks and facilitating ceremonies, she works as a volunteer as Juliet and Jiva Carter’s editor, Template administrator, and co-manifestor of the many Template materials which disseminate this transformative work.

Lizie James

Lizie is a highly experienced Graphic and Web Designer based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands who specialises in websites, search engine optimisation (SEO), business branding, graphic design for print and online and professional PowerPoint presentation design.

Lizie has worked closely with Debra and the Clear Intentions team for over six years now and is responsible for all marketing, websites and promotional activities. Becky Whitby
Examinations and Assessments Manager / Tutor Liaison Manager

Born in Kent, Becky moved to Lichfield, Staffordshire, in 1999 to commence marital life. Her son, Ben, instantly appeared and she spent the next 10 years devoting her time to motherhood and the preschool Ben had attended, as a playworker. Spending time with such free-spirited, untainted souls, giving unconditional love was an extremely blissful and grounding experience. For Becky this puts her time spent in this lifetime into perspective.

Following a turn of synchonised personal events, Becky was introduced to Debra Goldston who had an employment opening at the College. From early adulthood, Becky has had a deep interest in alternative treatments and is constantly on the self-development path. This commenced back in 1991 when she was taught Transcendental Meditation and in 2011 was given an attuntment to Level 1 Reiki. This technique she regularly gives to family and friends.

Becky is bubbling over with excitement in joining the Clear Intentions  family. "Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle and the life of that candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared". Clear Intentions  is that candle.
